At Way-2-Glow, we strive to get your glow-boosting products to you as quickly and transparently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and timeframes.

 

1. Shipping Costs (UK)

 

We are pleased to offer shipping rates based on your order value:

 

Orders over £15: FREE Tracked Shipping.

 

Orders under £15: A flat rate of £2.99 applies.

 

2. Delivery Timeframes (UK)

 

Our total delivery time is split into two parts: Handling and Transit

 

Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes to process, pack, and hand your order over to the carrier.

 

Transit Time: 6–9 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the item to your door.

 

Total Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days from the moment you place your order.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via our carrier's website.

 

4. Shipping Destinations

 

Currently, we focus on delivering high-quality skincare solutions to customers within the United Kingdom.

 

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

 

While we aim for every delivery to arrive on time, external factors can sometimes cause delays. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your purchase, please contact us at support@way-2-glow.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

 

6. Incorrect Address

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Way-2-Glow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
