Returns & Refund Policy

At Way-2-Glow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at support@way-2-glow.com.

  • Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, Way-2-Glow will cover the cost of the return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label via email.
  • Change of Mind: For all other returns (e.g., you no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@way-2-glow.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products (such as skincare masks, gummy supplements, or items with broken seals) unless the product is faulty.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
